FAQ

Can I sell my car without the title?

It depends on a few different things like the location, age of your vehicle, and what other documentation you may have available. We can buy some cars without titles in some states, but you will usually need a photo ID that matches a valid registration and/or insurance card to prove ownership.

Are there any hidden fees, or will you change your price when you arrive?

When you sell your car to us you can be sure that the offer you accept online is the amount you will be paid, guaranteed. The offer is subject to change however if the vehicle has an aftermarket or missing catalytic convertor there is a $300 deduction normally. If there are any missing parts like the engine , transmission, body parts, wheels car will be assessed on site and a new offer will be made. lts important that you submit correct information on our get started page so you know what price to expect:)

When can you pick up my car?

Once we collect all the required information (and photos in some cases), we’ll forward it to our carrier or buyer immediately and they will reach out to you to schedule an exact day and time for pickup. Our carriers usually respond within 30 Minutes to 1 hour or quicker in order to get you scheduled for a pickup. Most of the time we can come same to next business day .

How are your offers calculated?

Offers are calculated in real time based on a large number of market forces such as original or aftermarket catalytic convertor, recent sale and auction prices, prices of raw scrap metal, current buyer inventory, distance from your location to the buyer’s facility, and more.

What if My Name Is Not on the Title?

If your name is not on the title you cannot legally sell us the car. You must be the legal owner in order for us to buy the vehicle from you.

What’s the Quickest Way To Find My Year, Make, and Model?

Without using a VIN decoder – the quickest way to find the year, make, and model of your car is to locate your title. If you can not find your title, your registration, or insurance card will have that information on it as well.

What Needs To Happen if My Title Has Multiple Owners Listed?

If your title has multiple owners listed; all listed owners must sign the title before a legal sale can occur. There are exceptions if the co-signer is deceased, or a Power of Attorney is present, but otherwise, all parties listed as owners of the vehicle must sign off to sell the vehicle.

How about your e-mail?

Normally our first attempt to reach out will be by call and text. If we can not reach you by phone or text we will also send an email. This is where we will send your offer! This question is required. *
